What time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 5pm on Friday, May 15th.
It’s recommendended to arrive sometime between 5-6pm to get settled, check out the space, put up your tent (if you’re camping), etc.!
What time is check-out?
Check-out is 10:30am. All camp sites must be broken down after breakfast.
Getting to the Retreat
Getting there - Important route information:
1341 Tucker Mountain Rd
Newbury, VT 05051
The west side of Tucker Mountain is a class 4 road (barely passable with a lifted truck).
Approach Wild Sugar from the east side of Tucker Mountain.
Folks coming from south of us should have no problem following GPS!
Carpool Information:
Stay tuned! Carpool information will be updated after the retreat survey is complete.
Yoga Mat
Journal
Light jacket / layers (raincoat might be good to pack just in case for the nature walk!)
Toiletries and personal medications
Comfy clothes and optional hiking shoes
Optional: bathing suit (ice cold dip in some kind of nearby water, anyone? you never know!)
Optional: A book / craft / free-time activity
Some fridge space should be available - snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring some of your own
BYOC / BYOB
For campers, please bring:
Your tent!
Lanterns / flashlights / headlamps
Pillows, sleeping bag, blankets
What do I need to bring with me?
Book a Reiki Session with Nikki
Nikki is open to providing private 30-minute reiki sessions for anyone interested at a pay-what-you-can rate, with a suggested donation of $25. These can likely be scheduled for our afternoon or evening free time sessions. This is an optional offering.
