What time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 5pm on Friday, May 15th.
It’s recommendended to arrive sometime between 5-6:30pm to get settled, check out the space, put up your tent (if you’re camping), etc.! You don’t want to miss the welcome circle that starts at 6:30pm!
What time is check-out?
Check-out is 10:30am. All camp sites must be broken down after morning yoga ends (9:30 - 10:30am site break down, packing & breakfast to go!).
Getting to the Retreat

Getting there - Important route information:
1341 Tucker Mountain Rd
Newbury, VT 05051
The west side of Tucker Mountain is a class 4 road (barely passable with a lifted truck).
Approach Wild Sugar from the east side of Tucker Mountain.
Folks coming from south of us should have no problem following GPS!
Coming from South: 91N to Bradford Exit (Exit 16) Rt 5 → Left on Rt 25 Go through downtown Bradford Left on Fairground Rd Cont. to Tyler Farm Rd. Left on Tucker Mountain Rd.
Coming from North: 91S to Exit 17 (302E) Right onto Leighton Hill Rd. Right onto Scotch Hollow Rd. Left onto Halls Lake Rd. Right onto Tucker Mountain Rd. *lots of dirt roads but all very passable
Coming from East: Cross the Connecticut River to Rt. 5 Make your way to Snake Road Turns into Tucker Mountain Road
Coming from West: Rt 302 → Rt 25 DO NOT TAKE LEFT ON VILLAGE ROAD IF GPS TELLS YOU TO Instead, stay straight for about 2.5 miles and then left on Wrights Mountain Road 4-5 miles of dirt road before left onto Tyler Farm Road. Left onto Tucker Mountain Road
Parking - There’s plenty of parking; drive all the way to the very end of their private road and you won’t miss the signs to park.

Tucker Mountain Town Forest Wetlands Trails (accessible from Wild Sugar Homestead)
Waits River Falls (off Main Street in Bradford, VT) (15 min drive)
What do I need to bring with me?
Yoga Mat
Journal (optional)
Water bottle
Light jacket / warm layers (raincoat might be good to pack just in case!)
Toiletries and personal medications; spf & some bug spray
Comfy clothes and optional hiking shoes. Warm socks / warm layers.
For campers, please bring:
Your tent!
Lanterns / flashlights / headlamps
Pillows, sleeping bag, blankets
Lifted yoga: I’ll have PLENTY of 420, papers, cones, rolling trays, and crafts items (like beads and wire) to make your own roach clips (yay!), lighters, etc - but please feel free to bring whatever your favorite sesh items from home may be (canna goodies, vaporizers, pieces, etc)
Wifi: access to wifi and cell service is available on site!
Optional: bathing suit (ice cold dip in some kind of nearby water, anyone? you never know!)
Optional: snacks / craft / free-time activities
Some fridge space should be available - snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring some of your own
Optional: BYOCannabis for the lifted yoga portion / BYOB
Optional: Your favorite book(s)! I will be bringing a little travel library of yoga and wellness books - feel free to borrow one (or more) of them to read while you stay!
Book a Reiki Session with Nikki
Nikki is open to providing private 30-minute reiki sessions for anyone interested at a pay-what-you-can rate, with a suggested donation of $25. These can likely be scheduled for our afternoon or evening free time sessions. This is an optional offering.
