COASTAL MAINE YOGA RETREAT
OCTOBER
9 - 12 2026
Imagine : Fall on the Maine seacoast
You wake to sunlight spilling into the kitchen and start your day with tea in hand as you head downstairs to the outdoor patio. You smell hints of briney air carried over a crisp autumn breeze. The environment is alive with the scent of salt, sand, and autmn leaves, the sound of seagulls flying by, and the gentle hum of the ocean waves nearby within walking distance.
No emails. No calls. No to-do lists. Just time on your mat, in nature, surrounded by community.
Afternoons are for exploration:
An asana lab held in a yoga studio walking distance from the retreat stay
An optional excursion to surf the best waves the ocean has to offer for the year (a lesser known fact is that a surfer’s favorite season to surf in New England is in autumn!)
Enjoy a mindful workshop (such as meditative painting, or lifted yoga)
Quiet moments to write, dream, or connect
All meals are fresh, nourishing, and crafted to feed both body and spirit.
Evenings close with restorative yoga and guided meditation with sensory and physical assists, followed by laughter and a dinner among new friends. You end the night journaling in bed, body relaxed, mind at ease, drifting into peaceful sleep.
NOW LIVE IT: Join me in York Harbor Beach, Maine for a transformative weekend!
The fundamental point of this retreat is not to chase self help - it’s time designed to help you step away and remember who you are.
I myself have been on several yoga retreats over the years and am always profoundly touched by the experience. I realized a common thread that made the retreats so special: when outside noise would finally drop, I could start to hear myself.
When we retreat, we focus inward and the voice inside of the heart which was once silenced remembers how to roar.
Through stepping away and using tools in the yoga sutras and the science of wellness to help reset.
I am taking all of the lessons I’ve learned from this healing, ancient practice of yoga and divine rest and offering them now to you.
